With our 24-hour nursing care, residents can be sure they’re in good hands—no matter the situation.

    Financial Planning for Oxford, Ohio Senior Living Resources

We know planning your retirement isn’t easy, especially if you’re unsure of the senior living resources you’ll need.     Applying for Residential Accommodations

    We can help you understand your options for paying for the costs of senior living and provide you with information on the government benefits you may qualify for. When you are ready to apply to live at The Knolls of Oxford, we require an admissions record, a financial statement, and a $500 processing fee before approval.     Declining Financial Option

    Residents of our community have unique financial opportunities. After a lump sum entrance fee is paid, the balance of the paid fee will decline by 1.25% per month, which is 15% per year. If our residents decide to leave the care of The Knolls of Oxford, the remainder of their entrance fee will be refunded to them.

    Meals on Wheels

    Getting adequate nutrition can be a challenge for some seniors due to hurdles like transportation, mobility, and limited motor skills. We are a Meals on Wheels member, providing nutritious meals for seniors in Hamilton County.

    Transportation

    Driving is an increasing challenge seniors face. Our outreach program helps seniors with transportation and mobility hurdles get to their appointments and other stops in the community safely and on time.

    Fundraising Opportunities

    We can continue to support our community thanks to the tax-deductible contributions from our generous donors to our annual fund and other fundraising events. Our donors are featured at special events and in our annual report donor listing.
